RETURN POLICY:
Returns/Exchanges: My goal is for you you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and I understand that things may not always work out that way so here are some options: If for some reason you receive your item and it's damaged please contact me immediately and inform me of the problem. You have 5 days from day of receipt to return the item to me for repair. You will be responsible for shipping and handling costs to get it to me and I will cover shipping and handling to get it back to you. If you get an item that you are unhappy with I will happily exchange or give a refund for items in their original condition, less the shipping cost, within 10 days of receipt. I'm sorry but at this time I cannot accept refunds or exchanges on custom made items so please order and purchase seriously.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders generally take 2-4 weeks to complete. This allows for construction of the items including design time, ordering from suppliers if necessary, and ample delivery time. Please note, custom orders are not returnable.
Necklaces: The length of your necklace measures from one end to the other (if it is a multi strand necklace, measurement is from the longest strand)
Bracelets: When measuring a wrist for a bracelet size please give me the exact measurement in inches and I will add length to fit comfortably.
